Welcome to another spring season! The birds are chirping again. Allergy sufferers know that the tree and flowers are in early bloom. The faint smells (and quickly becoming stronger) of flame broiled BBQS are in the air.
And don’t forget that the Red Hook & Carroll Gardens Artwalk brought to you by Brooklyn Studio Tours is back!
Come join us on Saturday, May 22 & Sunday, May 23 from 12PM-6PM and observe first hand some amazing artwork. While you are OOOhhhing and AAhhhing, keep in mind that right along side you will be the very artist who created that masterpiece!
We encourage you to open up dialog, snack on some wine, cheese and other treats that may be served and enjoy yourself!
Red Hook & Carroll Gardens in Brooklyn, NY is artistic and cultural all by itself – add in the numerous artist studios that make up a large piece of these areas and you can spend alot of time here!
Our website will be updated continuously leading up to the tour, including the release of our marketing materials and tour maps. Please check in regularly to see the updates.
Something new for 2010 and beyond will be our Virtual Studio Tours online. That’s right – why wait for actual weekend! Take sneak peek now. Or enjoy the sights even if you cannot make the actual weekend dates. We plan on launching our galleries the last week in April and they will remain online for quite some time.
Take a close look because many the items you see will be listed for sale straight from the site!
We hope to see you on May 22 and May 23 in our own environments. Stay tuned for news of our tour opening party sponsored by Prudential Douglas Elliman! We are targeting the Wednesday, Thursday or Friday early evening before the actual tour start.
